A HAPPY HEALTHY THANKSGIVING
     Thanksgiving Day is celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November. But did you know that seven other nations also celebrate an official Thanksgiving Day? Those nations are Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Korea, Liberia, and Switzerland.

Thanksgiving is traditionally a time when families come together at home to celebrate. I recently saw this quote from Erma Bombeck that really made me think  "What we're really talking about is a wonderful day set aside on the fourth Thursday of November when no one diets. I mean, why else would they call it Thanksgiving?" The truth is, we don't need to overindulge to enjoy a family celebration! Let's face it, it's not all about the food, it's about who we are spending the time with.
